At ZynCall, we believe in transparency, simplicity, and fairness. Our services are designed to help you stay connected globally through virtual numbers. However, due to the nature of digital telecommunications, we maintain a specific and strict refund policy to ensure clarity and trust for all users.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All purchases of virtual numbers through ZynCall are considered final and non-refundable, unless specific conditions for a refund (outlined below) are met.

⚠️ No Guarantee of Third-Party Compatibility

ZynCall provides virtual phone numbers for general communication purposes. However, many third-party platforms — such as messaging apps, financial institutions, or websites requiring phone verification — apply their own rules and restrictions on whether they accept virtual numbers.

Because these platforms operate independently, ZynCall cannot and does not guarantee that your purchased virtual number will work for:

  • Receiving OTP codes
  • Verifying accounts
  • Linking with social or financial platforms

If a platform does not recognize or deliver codes to your number, that decision lies with them, not ZynCall. Such cases are not grounds for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where the service paid for was not delivered due to an issue on ZynCall’s end. Eligible cases may include:

  • You were charged, but did not receive access to the virtual number.
  • The number provided was inactive, non-functional, or failed due to technical reasons solely within ZynCall’s infrastructure.
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a billing system error.

To be eligible, submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the original transaction. Refund requests made after this window may not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available under these conditions:

  • The virtual number was used for third-party platform verifications (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, banks, etc.) that did not accept or support virtual numbers.
  • Failure to receive one-time passwords (OTPs), security codes, or account verification texts from platforms outside ZynCall’s control.
  • Personal dissatisfaction with the service when the number was successfully delivered and technically functional.
  • Failure to understand service limitations prior to purchase.

⚠️ Important: All third-party platforms (e.g., apps, banks, messaging services) have their own policies regarding virtual numbers. ZynCall cannot control or influence whether those platforms will accept your virtual number.

4. How to Request a Refund?

If you think you qualify for a refund under the criteria mentioned above, please reach out to our support team with the details below:

  • Your full name and email associated with the ZynCall account
  • Date and amount of transaction
  • Details of the issue experienced
  • Screenshots or error messages (if available)

🕒 Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Processing Time

After receiving your request, our support team will thoroughly review it. We're committed to getting back to you within 24 business hours. If approved, you'll see the refund within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: You will get the “Refund Amount” using the same payment method as when the number was originally purchased.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

We recommend that users reach out to us directly to address any issues prior to filing a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the matter through our support team, your ZynCall account may be suspended or terminated.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.

7. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be revised periodically without prior notice. All updates will be documented on this page, accompanied by the new date.

We recommend users check this page frequently to stay updated on their rights and responsibilities.
