All purchases of virtual numbers through ZynCall are considered final and non-refundable, unless specific conditions for a refund (outlined below) are met.

ZynCall provides virtual phone numbers for general communication purposes. However, many third-party platforms — such as messaging apps, financial institutions, or websites requiring phone verification — apply their own rules and restrictions on whether they accept virtual numbers.
Because these platforms operate independently, ZynCall cannot and does not guarantee that your purchased virtual number will work for:
If a platform does not recognize or deliver codes to your number, that decision lies with them, not ZynCall. Such cases are not grounds for a refund.

After receiving your request, our support team will thoroughly review it. We're committed to getting back to you within 24 business hours. If approved, you'll see the refund within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: You will get the “Refund Amount” using the same payment method as when the number was originally purchased.
We recommend that users reach out to us directly to address any issues prior to filing a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the matter through our support team, your ZynCall account may be suspended or terminated.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
