Welcome to ZynCall. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) delineate the regulations governing the use of our application and related services. By signing up for an account, using our features, or accessing the app in any way, you're agreeing to follow these terms.

Please read them carefully! They’re here to protect both you and us.

1. Introduction

ZynCall is a mobile app that allows you to make international calls, send texts, and manage virtual numbers, all without a traditional SIM card. We aim to simplify communication across borders with clear pricing, easy setup, and a customer-first approach.

These Terms apply to your use of ZynCall, our mobile application, our website, and any related features, updates, or services we provide.

If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use the service. Continued use means you accept and understand everything outlined here.

2. Definitions

  • “ZynCall,” “we,” “us,” or “our” — refers to the ZynCall app and operating company.
  • "User,” “you,” or “your” — denote any individual utilizing the ZynCall application or associated services.
  • “Service” — means everything offered through the ZynCall platform — including international calling, texting, virtual number management, account tools, and customer support.
  • “Virtual Number” — refers to a cloud-based telephone number capable of sending and receiving calls or texts via ZynCall, without the necessity of a physical SIM card.
  • “Third-party services” — refers to trusted partners we use to help operate and deliver parts of the service (like infrastructure, payments, etc.). They don’t get access to your personal data without reason or legal basis.
  • “Terms” — means this agreement, including future updates, which will always be shared with you.

3. Eligibility & User Obligations

You must be at least 16 years old to use ZynCall. By signing up, you're confirming that:
You’re legally allowed to use this type of communication service in your country.
You’ll use ZynCall in a responsible, lawful way.

We don’t currently require age verification, but if we learn someone under 16 is using the service without permission, we may close that account to comply with privacy protections.

What You’re Responsible For?

When you use ZynCall, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during signup (e.g., your real name and contact info).
  • Keep your account secure, especially your login credentials. If someone else accesses your account, you are responsible for their actions until you notify us.
  • Follow all local and international laws when using the app, especially when calling or messaging other people.

Misuse, fraud, impersonation, spam, or anything illegal will result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Keep It Honest and Respectful!

ZynCall is built on fairness and trust. You agree not to:.

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone using the service.
  • Use the platform for scam calls, robocalls, or phishing attempts.
  • Resell or redistribute your account or access without our permission.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to abuse the service or overload our systems.

We're here to connect people, not to support shady behavior. If we see activity that puts our users or platform at risk, we have the right to take immediate action.

4. Account Registration

Creating Your ZynCall Account

To access all features of the ZynCall app, like getting a virtual number, making international calls, or viewing call logs, you'll need to create an account.
When registering:

  • Please enter a valid email address or phone number so we can stay connected with you..
  • Choose a secure password.
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We don't require ID verification during signup. However, we may request verification if we detect unusual activity or receive a complaint tied to your account.

Your Responsibility for the Account!

Once your account is created, you're responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Review your account activity regularly.
  • Please notify us immediately should you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether it’s you or someone else using it with or without your permission. We recommend enabling security features like two-factor authentication (when available).

Multiple Devices & Usage!

ZynCall accounts can be accessed on multiple devices, but simultaneous logins may be limited to prevent misuse or automated activity.
We monitor for patterns that indicate fraud or platform abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these standards.

5. Use of Services

ZynCall offers digital communication tools, primarily centered around virtual numbers that function over the internet. Our service allows users to:

  • Rent a virtual number from various countries.
  • Make and receive international calls or texts using that number.
  • Manage their call history and account settings through a mobile interface.
Acceptable Use Policy

By using ZynCall, you agree to follow a responsible code of conduct. This includes NOT using the service for:

  • Illegal activities (harassment, threats, fraud, etc.)
  • No impersonation or identity theft.
  • Unsolicited bulk calls or messages (spam)
  • Bypassing local telecommunication laws
  • Abusing promotional credits or offers
  • Interfering with ZynCall’s infrastructure or network

We take misuse seriously and monitor for patterns that violate these rules. Offenders may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned from using the platform.

Prohibited Content:

ZynCall does not permit:

  • Use of the app to distribute hate speech, adult content, or misinformation.
  • Attempts to spoof caller ID, mislead recipients, or use fake identities.
  • Use of bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation on the app.

Suppose your account is used in any way that harms others or puts our network at risk. In that case, we reserve the right to investigate and take necessary action, including deleting call logs or terminating your account without notice.

6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Subscription & Pay-As-You-Go:

ZynCall offers different plans:

  • Pay-as-you-go — You add credits and use them for calls or messages.
  • Subscriptions plans — You pay a recurring fee for a selected virtual number or calling package.

All prices are clearly listed in the app. We don’t believe in hidden charges or forced contracts - you always have the choice to cancel or switch plans.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Selected wallets (where available)

All transactions are securely handled via our payment partners. ZynCall does not store your full card details on our servers.

Automatic Renewals

If you're on a subscription plan, it will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can manage renewals directly in your app settings.

Refund Policy (Preview)

While we’ll cover this in full on our Refund Policy page, here’s a short note:
ZynCall does not offer automatic refunds for used credits or expired virtual numbers. However, if you've been wrongly charged or experienced a technical issue, contact our support within 7 days, and we’ll review your case individually.

7. Termination of Service

When We May Terminate or Suspend Your Account:

At ZynCall, we aim to keep our platform safe, fair, and available for everyone. However, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the app under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy
  • Fraudulent activity (e.g., identity spoofing, payment fraud)
  • Use of the app for harassment, abuse, or unlawful purposes
  • Disruption of ZynCall’s operations or network
  • Repeated complaints or misuse reports from other users
  • Technical misuse, such as bot traffic, automated calling, or system tampering

Depending on the severity, termination may occur without prior notice and may include blocking your access, wiping stored data, and reporting activity to relevant authorities where required.

Voluntary Account Deletion:

To close your ZynCall account, you can request deletion anytime through the app or by reaching out to support. Once deleted:

  • All call history and personal data linked to your account may be erased
  • Your active virtual number(s) will be released
  • Any unused credits or subscriptions may be forfeited and are generally non-refundable

We recommend exporting any information you need before proceeding with deletion.

Post-Termination Limitations:

Once your account is closed by you or by us, you will lose access to:

  • All active numbers, call records, and stored messages
  • Any ongoing promotions or credits
  • Premium features or future platform upgrades tied to your account

Re-registering with the same email or phone number after termination may not always be possible, especially if your account was banned for policy violations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

What You Can Use (and What You Can’t)?

ZynCall owns or licenses all intellectual property rights related to the app and its services, including:

  • The ZynCall name, logo, and branding
  • Our software, source code, and backend systems
  • Text, images, UX/UI elements, and content in the app or on the website
  • Any unique virtual number routing or call-handling systems we’ve built
User-Generated Content:

Note: You are not allowed to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or reuse any part of our platform for your own projects, unless you have our written permission.

User Content and Responsibility:

While using ZynCall, you may send messages, make calls, or leave feedback. By doing so, you agree:

  • You own or have rights to the content you’re transmitting
  • Your content doesn’t violate anyone else’s privacy or intellectual property
  • We can store, transmit, or review your content if needed for security or legal compliance

You retain ownership of your communications, but you grant us a limited license to use that data to operate the service, such as storing call logs, generating support tickets, or improving performance.

Respecting Third-Party Rights:

ZynCall may work with external providers, technologies, or number systems in the background (e.g., telecom networks or APIs). These third-party tools are governed by their respective licenses and protections.
As a user, you agree not to:

  • Infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or telecom restrictions
  • Use the app to distribute copyrighted media without permission
  • Violate country-specific telecom regulations tied to number usage

If we receive a claim that your account is violating someone else’s IP rights, we’ll investigate and take necessary steps, including removing content or suspending your access.
